• Early deadlines for proposal submission: june 15, 2010

• Feedback for early proposal submission: september 2010

• First Deadline for advance registration: october 10, 2010

• Deadline for second proposals submission: september 04, 2010

• Feedback for second proposal submission: from october 31st, 2010

• The second registration time will be from November the 1st to December 20th 2010

• The third registration time will be from January the 1st to March 31st 2011

• Deadline for being included in the programme is 31 March 2011; presenters who are not registered will not be included in the conference programme

• Programme: May 31, 2011

• Final Program will be published on the site after June 25th 2011.
