PhD Students’ Day

PhD Day - REGISTRATION: DATES and FEES for registration

An important characteristic of the PhD Students’ Day is that students from all over the world participate, so we hope to have a great variety regarding age, gender, ethnicity, cultures, social class, and thematic and methodological approaches. The meeting will be accessible for disabled people.

There are two separate processes (with different dates):

(1) Proposal submission (see more information on Proposal Submission for the PhD Students’ Day)

(2) REGISTRATION and FEES PAYMENT
The registration process will function on first-come-first-served, for a total participation of 80 PhD Students. However, the PhD Students’ Day Program Committee will consider further registrations in case, during the organization of this event, this solution seems to be possible.

IMPORTANT for REGISTRATION:
In the registration form, PhD students have the possibility to register
- only the ISCAR Conference,
- to ISCAR CONFERENCE + PhD Students’ Day.

There’s the possibility to choose between four possible periods (and four different fees) of registration, by considering that
- earlier registrations have the cheapest fees;
- a submitted proposal will be considered for a probable publication about this event only if the registration has been accomplished before the 31st March (third registration time).

The conference fees for the “ISCAR + PhD Students’ Day” are:

The first deadline for the registration will be October 10th	€ 150,00 + € 30,00	€ 200,00 + € 50,00
The second registration time will be from November to March 31st 2010	€ 200,00 + € 35,00	€ 250,00 + € 55,00
From the 1st April to the Congress date	€ 250.00 + € 40,00	€ 300,00 + € 60,00

ACCOMODATION:
We will try our best to suggest possibilities for cheap accommodation and this will also be announced soon.
